Thinking about joining the GRΣΔT life?

WHY SDT?
Sigma Delta Tau is part of the Panhellenic Council of Greek Life at Binghamton along with four other wonderful sororities. The recruitment process can be overwhelming, but it is a truly rewarding experience.
Our chapter is eager to extend membership to any woman that we find encompasses all the values we hold. We want dedicated, loyal sisters who are interested in the improvement of our chapter through sisterhood, philanthropy and scholarship.
As a Sig Delt, you will leave college with fun memories (socials, formals, and sisterhood retreats!), a foundation for leadership, a strong sense of service and the best friends you could ever imagine. Additionally, you will join a network of sisters that makes up one of the largest Greek Women's organizations in the nation. We wish you the best of luck throughout Recruitment and look forward to meeting you!
Love,
Sigma Delta Tau - Gamma Alpha

GENERAL RECRUITMENT INFORMATION
Panhellenic Formal Recruitment is a 3-day process held annually at the beginning of the spring semester in early February. On Day 1 or Round 1, new members have the oppurtunity to visit each of the five Panhellenic sororities on campus. During Round 2, potential new members experience a deeper sense of our sisterhood, and learn more how SDT can foster personal growth for the individual. Preference Night is the final night providing active members to share their more personal experiences as a member of SDT at Binghamton. The entire weekend culminates in a night of celebration on Bid Night, when we welcome our new member class!
Panhellenic Informal Recruitment is a semi-structured process held early on in Fall semesters. Each of the five Panhellenic sororities will announce their personal recruitment events schedules for potential new members to attend.
